To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每過一段時間 就一定會拜訪一次的周記點心每次看到他金色的招牌都會讓我感覺他就像鏞記一樣高級一樣好吃 進店後發現店家的防疫工作做得不錯每個桌子都有個透明隔板也不用跟人搭檯讓人非常安心點菜的時候也不太需要考慮一定必點其一馳名蝦多士蝦多士的蝦肉多到滿出來而且仔細觀察後 可以發現他吐司只有用一層另外一層全部是用芝麻覆蓋著蝦肉滿滿的芝麻味非常豐富再搭配甜甜的美乃滋真的是人間美味必點其二流心西多士這大概是眾多西多士之中唯一一個不用再加蜂蜜的西多士吧奶皇多到爆炸就像葉問一樣一個奶皇西多士可以打10個美X流心月餅吧另外燒賣用料也很實在推薦大家可以試試喔
