突然間好想打邊爐,放工後就約咗老公去打邊爐。坐低後,侍應就攞咗載着8款醬料的盒俾我哋自行調配醬料。跟住就揀咗火鍋湯底和配料。🌸招牌鴛鴦鍋鴛鴦鍋湯底係沙嗲拼莞茜皮蛋,湯底勁濃厚,沙嗲湯有勁多花生粒,而莞茜湯底味道亦很濃和馬蹄清甜。🌸頂級駝鳥肉駝鳥肉顏色呈深紅色,冇咩脂肪,就算淥佢的時間耐咗,質地軟滑冇腥味。🌸招牌四寶丸四寶丸有墨魚丸、蝦丸、鯪魚丸和牛丸。蝦丸味道濃郁,放入沙嗲湯底,我覺得牛丸最好食,味道香濃而彈牙,係最有驚喜。🌸不倒翁金牌手切肥牛(脊位)肥牛的油花都幾均勻,肉質幾有嚼勁,牛味濃郁唔羶,就算放係沙嗲湯底個邊淥都冇被沙嗲湯掩蓋佢的味道。🌸鮮淮山淮山色澤雪白,口感爽脆。🌸油麥菜油麥菜新鮮,口感脆嫩。
