今日朋友約咗我嚟灣仔新開嘅打邊爐鋪,本來都唔知咩料子。哇點知原來間餐廳咁靚嘅?裝修好有中式氣氛喎!一開𨋢就見到大大個魚缸。原來部𨋢係咁,好有特色。八掛地周圍看看,原來房裡面嘅裝修都十分豪華,仲有卡啦OK喎,包場一流!鍋物醬料 ($10/位)。因為我唔食辣,所以嗌咗個鴛鴦麻辣豬骨鍋 ($168)。當然我淨係食豬骨嗰邊喇,清甜有香濃嘅豬骨味。裡面仲有我最鍾意食嘅白蘿蔔,我習慣最尾先食白蘿蔔,因為吸晒成個煲嘅精華好正架!席前生果 ($15) 首先嚟啲新鮮水果清下條脷準備食高質晚餐~半份精選牛肉拼盤 ($368) 打邊爐點可以唔嗌牛肉呢?呢個牛肉拼盤夠晒大卡士,合集手切本地牛頸脊、頂級本地牛頸脊、本地牛𦟌同澳洲和牛粒。牛味超重,一食就知係貴嘢。我覺得最好食係牛頸脊,真係有入口即溶嘅感覺。牛𦟌記住唔好煮太耐,會韌。菇菌拼盤 ($98)清腸胃好幫手,啲菇大大粒口感十足!脆肉鯇 ($68)朋友係魚控,所以一定要嗌魚。脆肉鯇好厚肉,又鮮甜,仲要無骨,超正!珍寶手打墨魚丸 ($78)手打真係零舍唔同。墨魚丸好大粒,又彈牙。仲食到墨魚粒,夠晒真材實料 黑腐竹 ($38) 黑腐竹?真係未食過喎。腐竹用黑豆製

黑腐竹 ($38)
黑腐竹?真係未食過喎。腐竹用黑豆製造,無色素夠晒天然,比平時食嗰啲腐竹更有營養價値,但講到味道我就覺得同平時嘅腐竹差唔多喇。
