To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

禽晚０係淘大碌完Ling就來呢度食任食火鍋。我地一行9人，9:00pm來到等位，等左一個鐘頭至入到去食。０個時大家已勁肚餓，我地已經好醒目０敢一坐低就比張點菜單侍應，但d0野食好耐都未０黎，起碼等左四至五個字，等到我地催左兩次，佢一碟都唔上比我地！！～差ｄ想搵人投訴０既時候，ｄ０野食先到！～至於ｄ０野食就幾新鮮，味道都唔錯，款式不是非常多，但基本的都有！～大概有鯪魚肉、牛丸、火腿丸、魚蛋、芝士腸、豆腐卜、生根、栗米、墨魚滑、豬潤、豬腸等，不能盡錄，當然唔少得雪花肥牛啦！～飲品也是任飲的，有罐裝汽水、鮮橙汁、菊花茶及夏枯草。即食的也有碗仔翅，質素亦比好多其他地方的好！～值得一題０既係，我覺得佢地０的０野都幾乾淨，ｄ食用器皿”Ling Lap Lap”的，坐的環境都乾淨，但就較迫！～下次會早0的去，或者book定位！～
