又去大滾友打邊爐，佢個湯底真係太正，可以當湯飲，個🐥花膠雞湯鍋半隻雞份量都多得驚人，花膠都好足了，有幾大片，湯底一如以往地濃郁，雞肉半熟狀態上枱，自己再淥，唔怕佢會鞋🐮牛肉拼盤 除咗牛小排、牛頸脊之外，仲有牛胸油、牛粒同牛舌，每款都牛味濃郁，索晒個花膠湯底，超Juicy🐷伊比利亞橡果豬豚片肥瘦適中，冇臊味，肉質結實，平時唔食豬嘅人都大讚松露墨魚🦑滑有兩大支，墨魚鮮甜彈牙，配埋松露香氣撲鼻🥬雜菜拼盤淨係睇個擺盤已經好吸引，粟米、蕃茄、淮山、金菇、生菜、油麥菜，所有蔬菜都好新鮮，好少打邊爐會食到一滴不留竹蔗茅根自家製，每次必點，清涼解渴火焰豆腐花可以當表演咁睇，打完邊爐食返個甜品🍧大滿足
