To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

打風飲早茶

今日打風，當然係去飲早茶啦，去到竟然唔洗等位咁制，3個人叫左8個點心，唔知關唔關打風事定點，d點心唔係好熱，鮑汁鳳爪、腸粉、金錢肚都只係暖暖地，雖然味道都係正正常常，但已經冇咩胃口再叫落去環境都算光猛乾淨，但服務一般，3個人入座，但開枱就開2人，要自己出去攞餐具，搞到好自助咁3個人食左300幾，價錢係馬鞍山黎講算正正常常，雖然今次d野食一般，但以往都好好食，比貴少少茶位仲有靚d嘅茶揀，算唔錯，有興趣可試試
