To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知道吃什麼,見餐廳幾乎滿座,好像很好吃的樣子,便進去試一試我們叫了 香脆泡菜煎餅,韓式石頭飯加牛肉,韓式芝士烤雞肉坐下一會兒,侍應先上了些泡菜和芽菜,正正常常冇特別,可以refill的。泡菜煎餅份量多,煎得幾香脆,煎餅厚薄適中,泡菜味重,有一點點辣,點一些醬汁更好吃。不過略嫌油膩,整個碟底都是油這個石頭鍋飯配料豐富,不過加牛肉要另加$8,裡面有香菇,紅蘿蔔絲,菠菜,豆芽,泡菜,和雞蛋~ 石頭飯附帶了碗紫菜湯。紫菜湯味精重,喝完很口乾。石頭鍋飯熱騰騰的,先擠些韓國辣椒醬,再把生蛋黃弄開,蛋液隨之流出,將所有配料攪拌一起,大口地吃一口飯,正裡面有飯焦,不過我不愛吃飯焦哈哈食雞啊超大盤雞啊,滿滿邪惡的芝士蓋滿雞上和椰菜上。不過真的很油啊,吃到三份一已經超飽濟,盤下面超多油呢。芝士雖然多,但芝士味不算很香濃,都有些拉絲效果的,至於雞肉是沒有骨的,應該用了雪藏雞柳,沒有一點雞肉味,肉質一般,不嫩但也不至於乾身。但整盤雞的口感味道單調,都是一般韓國辣醬味啦不過價錢便宜,是做街坊生意的,但不要太高期望是正宗而好吃的韓國餐~
