朋友相約在太子的Bar and Restaurant,入到去眼前一亮,無旺區的嘈雜,反而有一種寫意的感覺。遲到的我無份點菜,只有吃的份。先點一杯飲品,上檯時放在閃光杯墊上,好有氣氛。朋友知我心,點左水牛城雞翼,醬汁酸酸甜甜好開胃。之後上左一個三文魚薄脆,十分有驚喜。三文魚他他混和左魚肉同醬汁,甜甜地好好味。底部的薄脆係類似西班牙餅的東東,一軟滑一爽,再配上爽口生菜,口感十分豐富。另外的沙津同小食都唔錯。沙津新鮮。牛油果醬好特別,係大廚特別調製的。炸魚薯條有兩款醬汁,好貼心。主菜方面,各有各精彩。德國豬手調味好好,少少咸亦有點香味。鴨腿香而不羶。意粉亦好足料,加入唔少配菜炒香。呢道珍珠雞係店員特別推介,好Fancy的一道菜,擺碟十分有心思。雞肉非常嫩滑,而且好有鮮雞的雞味,唔點醬汁都好入味。呢道菜是從未食過的新菜式,我地個個都好滿意。最後一個驚喜係CUP CAKE,無諗過呢類酒吧餐廳都有自家製cup cake,賣相仲好吸引添!坐左成晚,飲飽食醉,每人三百,性價比都幾高。
