Baby veal shank--慢煮的牛仔腿軟腍酥化,肉汁澎湃,吃得阿梁津津樂道...

Dessert:
Souffle--一人份量足二人用;梳乎厘焗得蓬鬆飽脹,質感份外細緻,蛋香突出,拍案叫絕的梳乎厘!

Dessert sampler--甜品拼盤以迷你tiramisu,panna cotta,雲喱拿雪糕,marindated orange jelly,心太軟;這拼盤誠然屬超然脫俗,就連簡單的雲喱拿雪糕也是自家出品,口感幼滑,還以果仁增層次,對於這兒的甜品大師,肅然起敬!

Petit four--夏威夷果仁及朱古力餅條,充滿堅實的牛油香,質感厚重卻香脆,美妙得非要把它硬扛下去不可!

Lemon tea--清香沒澀的檸茶,去卻整頓豐盛的晚宴膩滯感.

Cappuccino--泡沫堅挺,水準對味!
