比以前,現在易訂位很多了,我只早一兩天已能預訂。

食物方面:
凍海鮮除了龍蝦比較鮮味外,其他海鮮的賣相雖然不錯,但是卻欠缺鮮味。
現在主菜只能選一個,之前主菜是可以無限添食的。雖然都吃不下幾多個主菜,但限制點主菜的次數,卻有點失望,欠缺滿足感。我們點了一份魚和牛扒,質素都很高。魚煎得很香脆,肉質很嫩,牛柳的質素也很高。
生蠔每人只有2隻,喜歡吃生蠔的,必會感到失望。
魚生切得很厚,我點了油甘魚、三文魚、牛肉他他和生文魚他他。牛肉他他的質素不錯,配上一點蛋汁很香滑。
我最印象深刻的,是每枱送的煎鵝肝。鵝肝煎得很脆很香,外脆內軟,一口咬落去,油香滲出。海鮮湯也不錯,足料和很香濃。
甜品令人有點失望,作為一個brunch,甜品種類少外,質素也不高。每枱有一個甜品拼盤,但我見到很多枱都吃不完。

環境方面
地方很舒適,是一個令人很放鬆的地方。枱之間都有一點距離,適合與朋友傾吓計、飲下酒。

我們由11:30坐到3:00,有足夠的時間,慢慢享受。

本人好少食buffet, 因為食唔落太多,同埋人大咗會選擇食自己想食嘅嘢。但回顧今年,Conrad semi buffet 好值得推介。一坐低就會有salmon, oyster, bread。有menu 可以order ,亦有好多係可以去buffet area拎,有刺身,海鮮,烤肉,意粉,意大利飯,cheese, wine…… 全部任叫。仲可以order main course, 不過我覺得一般,唔夠buffet 吸引。buffet 即煮意粉係好好食。雪糕都係buffet area拎,到尾聲先出嚟,所以要留意,手快有手慢無。

Conrad嘅brunch出晒名受歡迎,本身淨係星期日有一輪但因為太受歡迎所以星期六都開多一輪,🌍5月book都要7月頭先有位,但宜家星期六日都另外再開多輪2:30至5:30(咁樣都叫brunch?🤣)
