芝士豬肉丸是自家打成的肉丸, 內有車打芝士, 切開見到拉絲效果, 我食時已經放凍左少少, 但芝士仍然甘好味, 肉丸好鬆化有肉味, 雖然炸過但唔會好乾身.

豬仔骨睇落平平冇奇, 好入味又好香口惹味, 有少少辣椒粉係面好香. 做法也相當複雜, 醃了兩天已經很花時間, 還用慢煮的方法, 最後再拿去炸.

琵琶蝦比龍蝦更多肉, 而且營養豐富. 肉質嫩滑又柔軟, 味道清淡帶鮮味, 所以每一口都啖啖肉, 加上用芝士焗香, 沾少少牛油香草汁, 更加滋味.

長通粉都超級好味, 原來用琵琶蝦殼煮成高湯, 再加入蕃茄製成濃蕃茄醬煮長通粉, 難怪長通粉的味道帶有濃濃蝦同蝦膏味.
