To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次真的是投哂降. 我以後真的不會再來了.下午三點, 見玻璃柜內還掛上很多貨, 以為會少些頭頭尾尾.叫了燒肉义燒飯, 五分鐘有得食, 一見當堂冷了半截: 燒肉是正式的頭頭尾尾, 义燒是外面是正常的紅色, 但肉郤是乾爭爭深棕色的.食落果然, 燒肉的皮, 堅韌而不脆, 全瘦, 沒有肉汁.义燒嗎? 是我走食遍天下大江南北最差的, 韌得像牛肉乾, 沒有應有的肉味, 簡直不堪下嚥.今次真的是拜拜了, 一定絶不會再回來了.這店的服務差, 環境污穢, 貴, 還可以, 因為想吃一口好燒肉, 假如吃這些不堪的東西, 犯不著.
