To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近為了預防感染新冠肺炎(COVID-19),我都叫外賣吃。減少外出用餐,留家抗疫。去了旺記冰室,當然叫最出名滑蛋!我叫了牛肉蝦仁滑蛋飯,外賣好快就到喇!牛肉大大片+蝦仁大大隻,係滑蛋上面,非常吸引。呢到嘅滑蛋係用日本雞蛋整,加埋牛乳去炒,食落非常嫩滑,又香蛋味,加埋秘製嘅甜豉油,好好味,又有少少蔥粒增加口感,一啲都唔單調。蝦仁夠爽口,食落口相當滿足。牛肉份量亦不少,肉質腍滑,相當高質。飯煲得好好,一粒粒,唔會太濕,食得好有口感。
