To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友相聚吃晚餐, 選擇在她住處附近商場內的一間食店.  食物選擇頗多, 有火鍋, 定食, 亦有多款小吃, 而且價格相宜掃碼點菜後, 店員端上了一份螺肉前菜田園野菜滑雞鍋 $78 可選龍蝦蕃茄湯底 +$5, 追加其他配料, 我們追加了一份蔬菜籃 $32, 另有珍珠御飯或烏冬可選其一龍蝦蕃茄湯底味道非常香濃, 鍋內除了鮮滑雞外, 有娃娃菜及小棠菜, 鳴門卷, 金菇和其他雜菌, 滑雞肉質非常嫩滑鍋燒豚腩烏冬配唐揚炸雞兩件及溏心蛋 $80除了豚肉外, 還有鮮蝦天婦羅, 冬菇, 鳴門卷及小棠菜, 另有溏心蛋可選全熟或半熟或走蛋, 首先賣上已很吸引, 味道亦相當好火炙芝士炸豆腐 $35這個是我一看到圖片就很想試, 所以期望很高, 上菜是完全跟圖片的一樣吸引, 整件豆腐外層被火炙芝士裹著, 面層灑上了蟹籽, 葱粒及蘿蔔茸, 半溶狀態的芝士配上嫩滑的豆腐, 再加上帶點酸味的醬汁, 完全滿足了口感及味覺螺肉軍艦2件 $18螺肉爽口嫩滑位於屋邨商場的這間小店, 食物質素比想像中好, 而且非常抵吃, 店員又友善, 性價比相當高👍
