Restaurant: An Nam Pho X Viet Tea

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我叫左個生牛肉湯河,一嚟到嘅時候就聞到湯味好濃,仲有細細個青檸🍋俾你可以榨啲汁落去個湯到,濃得嚟又帶點清新嘅感覺。而牛肉嘅份量亦都好足夠,半生熟嘅肥牛就係最好食嘅😍😍一啖湯,一啖粉,一啖半生熟肥牛就係咁簡單🤘🏻😎

我另外叫咗一個牛坑腩片湯河,相比起生牛肉湯河就比較遜色少少,腩片只係得4塊,不過味道都算ok架。如果腩片嘅份量再多啲就好啦😕😕
