今日我們繼續同爹哋嘅生日慶祝活動,所以我們今晚去咗旺角金鷄廣場嘅「真味鮮廚」食晚飯!我們叫咗個「超值全包宴」:上湯蟹肉蝦球伊麵嘅蝦球好爽甜彈牙,伊麵嘅麵質好爽滑,唔會好諗身!鴻運金豬全體嘅皮燒得相當香脆,肉質好鬆軟!百合秋葵炒蚌柳嘅蚌柳好鮮甜爽脆,再配埋香甜嘅百合同炒過嘅秋葵,平日食秋葵通常都係生食或涼拌,但呢個係炒過,所以質感會比平日食開嘅生食比較軟滑腍身!炸香茅蝦餅炸得好金黃香脆,外層嘅炸粉唔算好厚身,蝦肉嘅肉質相當爽甜彈牙,而且有好芳香嘅香茅味,感覺好清香!花膠螺頭湯嘅湯底味道好濃郁,湯料亦好豐富!清蒸沙巴龍躉真係好新鮮,肉質好結實彈牙!瑤柱枝竹浸菜苗嘅菜苗係冰菜,質感好青嫩無根!招牌燒鵝皇好肥美大隻,而且燒得相當香脆,肉質亦好鬆軟!歡樂大蟠桃有兩款味道,有蓮蓉同奶黃,而且仲會用唔同顏色紙嚟畀人客方便選擇自己鍾意食嘅味道!另外我們再叫咗個瑤柱蛋白炒飯,炒得非常乾身同粒粒分明,而且好夠鑊氣!
