To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排成日都好想食小籠包，中環收工後就網上睇下附近邊到有，搵到呢間食評唔錯的上海菜館，餐廳乾淨企理，擺設都係濃濃上海風，食物質素一定都唔差得去邊！睇完餐牌都係決定食一人套餐，今次叫左個貴小小的$168豐盛一人套餐，有湯、涼菜、小食、主菜、 飯麵同飲品！酸辣湯：酸辣湯好足料，滿滿肉絲同木耳，酸度適中偏辣，暖胃又開胃。涼菜+$8 陳年花雕醉雞：雞全部都大大舊，一入口會散發住濃厚的桂花花雕味，而雞都好入味滑溜！主食 沙窩雲吞雞：滿滿配料包括雞、雲吞、火腿絲同菜，值得讚係湯底做得唔錯，好鮮甜！雲吞每隻都大大隻，好足料！飯麵類選左陽春麵：又係好大碗，食完完全係捧住個肚走，超飽！飲品一定要選酸梅湯，超級解膩，生津解渴！總括黎講超級抵食，份量完全可以2個人一齊食，會再光顧！
