To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 萬眾期待的「一蚊雞」又開始了,兩個人可以叫一隻(星期一至五 5:30pm-8:30pm),星期六日就38元一隻哦青衣城這間稻香放工時間非常多人,所以不想等要提早取飛現在的一蚊雞是烤的,別以為這麼平的雞肉不好食,其實不然,雞是剛烤好的,全隻熱辣辣的,有孜然粉的味道,皮烤得好薄好脆,撕開雞肉的時候,還有好多肉汁流出,非常好食這是半隻燒鵝,好大盤,鵝肉扎實,皮燒得好薄,還有少少脆添🥰豉汁炒蜆,比較細碟,不過炒得很有鍋氣,蜆隻隻開口,隻隻都入味,沒有沙菜遠炒牛肉,其實就是平時街市買的菜心,牛肉可能醬料醃得太勁,沒有了牛肉味洋蔥牛仔骨煲,中規中矩,由於是用胡椒調味的,好辣好惹味條魚最後先蒸好上來,菜牌沒有寫游水,可能不是最新鮮的了,都不過不失
