To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

哈囉!今日來嚟旺角嘅「一鍋堂」嚟嘗下佢哋嘅特色火鍋餐,呢度嘅環境舒服同服務好親切,啱啱好能陪我度過今日嘅午餐時光。食物方面,同樣出色引人入勝😄。我哋揀嘅火鍋套餐就係 「70分鐘定量火鍋餐」,包括美國安格斯牛頸脊同西班牙豬肉片,真係超抵食👍🏻。嗰滑嘅牛肉口感完全冇得輸,同呢個豐滿嘅豬肉入口都令人回味無窮😋。而火鍋湯底我選咗「一鍋麻辣鴨血豆腐湯」,湯底讓滋味濃縮,真心推薦呀😊。 湯底以新鮮的材料製成,鴨血和豆腐在麻辣的湯底中嘅對比十分絕妙。周身散发出道道香氣,令人食慾大增,真係飲極都唔會厭😋。另外,此處嘅「炙燒芝心丸」同「汕頭牛肉餅」 ,入口即化,好似滑過舌尖嘅棉花糖,甜得恰到好處🥰。另外,「麻辣鴨血豆品」味道好重,整個覺得辣得挺過癮😜。而「炙燒芝心丸」入面的芝士爽滑而口感豐富,再加上皮蛋的清香味道,每一口咬下去都有驚喜💖。另外,「汕頭牛肉餅」這個經典的廣東菜也是極品,汕頭餅皮,加上肉馅鮮美,令人一試愛上😍。總結,「一鍋堂」嘅唔止係火鍋食材抵食實在,還得佢獨特嘅湯底同親切嘅服務令我回味。我哋再見,祝你有個美好嘅一日😌
