To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向覺得牛角肉好吾錯所以朋友話想係九龍塘搵食我即刻就諗起依到下午茶有成七折！所以梗係即刻帶埋朋友試下啦一入到去就即刻同朋友推介左個f set 因為我真係好鐘意食牛舌而依個set又有薄牛舌又有厚燒牛舌真係好正肉到啦牛角啲肉望落好靚脂肉均勻份量作為一個high tea真係岩岩好開始燒嘅時候望住佢慢慢變熟反轉仲有啲格狀紋真係好療癒食落口雖然吾算入口即融但係真係好有牛味啲肉汁juicy到爆再加埋燒汁入味真係好正最後奉上牛角飯大家知咩事啦牛角係又一城黎講真係抵食加好食如果係又一城翻工翻學相信就會明我講咩
