To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期天氣很熱，中午不想吃飯，就想起吃餛飩，這店的餛飩不錯，而且價錢很抵，所以就同朋友來吃午餐。首点了酸梅湯來消暑解熱，味道不算太甜，酸酸地，很醒胃。薺菜餛飩，餛飩新鮮剛包好，薺菜及豬肉都很新鮮，很有肉汁，餛飩皮煙韌，味道很好。香菇烤麩配擔擔麵，烤麩吸滿了香濃的金針雲耳汁，非常香甜好味。而擔擔麵，麵質幼滑，少少辣，但花生味很香，不錯。陳年花雕醉雞，雞肉浸在香濃的花雕酒內，沒有影響雞的肉質，仍然很嫩滑可口，味道也不錯。
