To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天到了康怡廣場閒逛，到了下午茶時間便到處覓食，看到Alfalfa 有下午茶餐供應，在門外看完餐牌後，發覺款式多，有很多選擇，於是一於試試。入座後，我們點了一個鮮菠菜火腿流心蛋芝麻包配沙律，及公司三文治配茨條，餐飲點了熱奶茶及荳奶，而轉配荳奶是要另加$9 的。兩個下午茶餐份量十足，食材新鮮，十分美味，特別喜歡食茨條，是意想不到的外脆內軟。至於餐茶就非常香濃，荳奶亦不甜，很適合講求健康的女士們。大家不妨到來一試啊！
