To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

康山商場閣樓北食店經營多年，始終人流不多，今年中趁租約期滿，剷走抵食東湖海鮮酒家之餘，亦將樓下東江好棧、越棧拆骨來個大變身。搞了差不多半年，閣樓食店群率先開業。改動得宜，有旺氣。此店與Delifrance屬關連公司，食物風格頗類似。下午茶套餐有八、九款可選，平時行過亦見多師奶群幫趁。我食過的天使麵芝士和橄欖油味道適中，份量足，雞肉無雪藏味。脆Pizza超薄之餘亦有咬口。雖然名字有點恐怖，但店內衛生、餐具整潔，食過幾次都冇事，食怕佐快餐店的可以一試。

Other Info. : 近半年鰂魚涌兩大食堂裝修，冇啖好食。康山逐步開業，大食代又開番，近近地又有得食了。
