To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋節翌日,黎到太興食野,係門口排左十分鐘左右有位,呢度原來有二樓,第一次上去,二樓係L型,枱面隔離有個制可以按,之後就會有侍應嚟幫手落單,減少左樓人少侍應上黎要等既問題。原來兩點就開始有下午茶,都算幾多選擇~有燒味,湯粉面,炒粉面,仲有包類。燒味飯驚太飽,但黎到太興冇理由唔食燒味,所以叫左輕盈燒鵝米粉,再加杯太興最出名既冰鎮凍奶茶~都係四十一蚊~個燒鵝雖然得幾舊,但幾多肉,唔多骨,幾香口,肉質嫩滑,配埋個清清地既米粉唔錯~個奶茶依舊好滑好香,但可能冰鎮既時間唔算太耐,唔係話好凍~下次放假都會就下下午茶時間黎食。
