To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

12月28日,我同2位同學,一行三人,第一次行南丫島,中環坐09:30船去榕樹灣,沿途有天后古廟丶風釆發電站(大約行30分鐘)洪聖爺泳灘丶山頂觀景亭丶去到索罟灣天后宮已經下午13:30。經過第一間海鮮酒家,發覺價錢偏貴,大家都話不如出中環食,多D選擇,於是諗住去碼頭搭船離開。途經泰苑魚翅海鮮酒家,見價錢適中,3人套餐$338,我哋就決定坐低食:蒜蓉蒸帶子豉油王蝦豉汁炒蜆椒鹽鮮魷生果(橙)3個白飯丶3罐飲品無論價錢丶食物丶招呼都好好,特別喺蒜蓉蒸帶子同椒鹽鮮魷,真係好好味,大家可以試試。
