Restaurant: Choi Fook Delight Banquet

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次食完就一直掛住啲北京烤鴨,今次就同另一個朋友去試下,比佢知道香港仲有咁正嘅北京烤鴨。第一道菜當然是北京烤鴨,不過今次等耐左啲啲,等左大約25分鐘,可能是因為即烤的關係吧,當然今次亦是在食客前片皮。今次啲鴨一樣香脆可口,油一直流出黎,搞到我流曬口水。第二道菜是乾燒伊麵,呢個都唔錯,分量很多,做到傳統的口味外,又沒有用上太多的油,令麵身都爽口彈牙,幾出色。接著是竹燕椰汁糕,外表睇落都幾靚,分開了兩層,咬落去鬆軟,接著便是香口的椰汁味,鐘意椰汁的人定是他的最愛。最後是芝麻卷,不太特別,跟其他餐廳的芝麻卷沒有太大的分別。埋單$400左右,食到咁多野,抵啦。
