To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們於26/12(六)早上八點半左右到達餐廳。餐廳已經有不少家庭,幸好餐廳算大,可安排坐在不同位置。我們共叫了3個餐:粟米白汁雞絲湯扁意粉($34)黑松露鮮奶炒滑蛋配香草豬肉腸·餐肉·蒜香牛油多士·田園沙律($48)無糖高纖鮮奶麥片配鮮野菌鮮奶炒滑蛋·蒜香牛油多士·田園沙律($36)飲品為:熱檸蜜 熱朱古力🍫熱奶茶☕️粟米白汁雞絲湯扁意粉,雖然不太能嚐到白汁,但粟米🌽算多。而蒜香牛油多士是最好味的,夠新鮮,蒜蓉味重,反而黑松露鮮奶炒滑蛋,未能嚐/嗅到黑松露😢無糖高纖鮮奶麥片不過不失,野菌鮮奶炒滑蛋則為推薦項目,野菌十足。雖然是二人限聚令,但有不少家庭,包括我們一行人也被安排在同一張桌子,衛生程度有待改善。🧐
