To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日專登揀平日嚟到K11 MUSEA睇多啦A夢展覽, 聽講附近有間有錢文華大廚處理嘅星加坡菜Chatterbox Cafe, 試吓排隊點知入到! Cafe除咗單點仲有二人同埋四人套餐, 價錢係尖沙咀K11 Muses 係好抵食 👍🏻👍🏻我地叫左二人套餐, $348, 上菜速度非常快, 落咗單冇耐已經有嘢食😋馬來特色炸豆腐前菜叫咗馬來特色炸豆腐, 屬於佢哋嘅推介前菜, 不過重點我覺得唔係豆腐, 而係佢大大碟的沙嗲醬! 配得好好沙茶好香☺️文華海南雞飯主菜叫坐枱枱都有嗌嘅文華海南雞飯, 果然係鎮店菜式, 每件雞肥瘦適中, 無骨啖啖肉, 份量亦唔少, 油香飯非常美味, 差啲想問吓佢可唔可以添飯😂香炒河粉燴牛肉我覺得好好味! 食落口牛肉好腍身好重牛味, 一啲都唔韌, 河粉好滑片片分明, 唔似出面嘅炒河粉一嚿嚿黐埋晒, 高分☺️蠔油小棠菜, 健康搭配! 如果可以嘅話希望有蒜蓉炒菜, 可能遲啲啦!! 有機蘋果茶, 飲茶解解油, 穩陣啲算😊
