是晚來到觀塘區覓食,找到這家於apm附近的半自助餐廳試試。前菜: 採用自助形式,有沙律、前菜、cold-cut及凍海鮮共10多款選擇,很豐富,而且較接近開放式廚房的都有蓋子,很衛生。全部都取了一點試試。凍海鮮有蝦、青口跟螺,尤其喜歡蝦,新鮮有鮮味,肉質彈牙。切肉拼盤的salami及煙三文魚也油香,芝士也不錯。沙律也有不少款式及口味,蔬菜都很新鮮爽脆,特別欣賞泰式鴨胸沙律,酸酸辣辣,口味清新,很適合夏天吃。餐湯: 一份選了是日餐湯法式洋蔥湯,另外升級了一份最愛的黑松露白菌湯。餐湯上菜時湯碗也是非常熱,保持了湯的溫度,很有誠意。洋蔥湯非常香濃,高湯中飲到洋蔥的甜味,很岀色。黑松露白菌湯非常香濃,口感也滑,很美味。菠菜雞肉卷配粟米蓉: 雞髀肉中間卷著忌廉菠菜再煎香,雞卷卷得很美,雞肉嫩滑,忌廉菠菜與雞肉很配合,加上gravy香濃,旁邊的粟米蓉清甜,吃得到是用上新鮮粟米打成,頗清新,整道菜很融合很好吃。慢煮豬腩肉配黑松露薯蓉: 另一主菜慢煮豬腩肉的豬皮夠薄夠香脆,豬腩肉肥瘦相間,油香而不膩。黑松露薯蓉幼滑,黑松露香味也足,同樣是岀色的主菜。整體食飯質素不錯,價錢實惠,300多元有齊自助前菜、餐
