Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午來講觀塘所有餐廳都幾乎要排隊咁滯，途經呢一間餐廳以為要排好長隊，點知出奇地佢哋嘅位置都非常之多，安排咗一張枱俾我哋。由於佢哋午餐係冇得嗌小菜，所以今次就嗌咗每人一個午餐。食飯之前去咗個廁所，衛生情況一般，廁所入邊亦都掛咗一啲嘅衣物10分奇怪，不過最主要都係佢哋啲嘢食嘅質素，嗌咗一個炒烏冬，佢哋個份量都可以話好多，不過個炒烏冬就比較有，飲品嚟講就嗌咗奶茶，佢哋奶茶。非常具港式風味，甜度亦都非常之適中，呢個價錢來講喺觀塘算係性價比非常之高，不過始終嘢食有少少油同埋衛生情況可以再改善下
