To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個人十分喜歡食日本菜，無論是魚生、壽司、天婦羅、串燒，火鍋、日式拉麵都喜歡，而千兩是其中一間經常光顧嘅連鎖壽司店！真心要推介千兩嘅午市套餐，價錢唔貴，套餐由$98到$218，每一個套餐都包羅萬由。點選了B餐 - 炙燒壽司·牛肉烏冬定食及 G餐 - 千兩便當。每份套餐都用便當形式上，B 餐包括柚子雜菜沙律，有我最喜歡嘅車厘茄，6 件炙燒壽司，上枱的時候，仲可以感覺到炙燒嘅風味，一份細嘅牛肉烏冬、炸南瓜餅同紅豆年糕做甜品，無輪壽司同湯烏冬都是即叫即煮，不是一般的午市套餐，已經準備好。千兩便當有鯖魚、什錦壽司飯、3款刺身、海鮮燉蛋、麵豉湯、沙律、甜品，可謂應有盡有、百多元嘅午餐，性價比高！
