To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三文魚刺身($200)加太賀，以前真係好出名。唔知大家知唔知係佢地發明花之戀嫁呢？最近司令同屋企人，興致一起，就走左去加太賀度食。由於當日十一，塌塌米既位置一早已滿，司令只好坐卡位。司令當日叫左好多食物，但始終最值得講既係三文魚刺身。大份既三文魚有14塊，索價200元正，司令當時心諗都咪話唔貴。但一嚟到就覺得又冇話唔值既，因為三文魚既厚度相等於兩塊三文魚，超級和味😍而且因為厚切，所以口感豐富，又鮮甜，食到停唔到口，所以司令都覺幾值既！
