To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度簡直係平民食堂，就連星期日都有得食$50嘅套餐。仲包埋湯！湯仲要唔係平時茶餐廳嗰啲嘅味精湯，仲係一啲好有營養嘅藥材湯😍🍀客家鹹雞套餐鹹雞嘅份量都啱啱好，雞都多肉唔算多骨👍🏻雞肉仲可以保持到幾嫩，唔會話好鞋嘅嗰種感覺！上面仲配有姜蓉。整體感覺都唔錯🍀支竹蝴蝶腩套餐第一次聽到蝴蝶腩呢個名！分量唔算多唔算少，足夠一個人食嘅！知足吸收晒汁嘅味道， 超好送飯。蝴蝶腩嘅肉質都好淋，都幾好食🍀梅菜蒸鯇魚鯇魚係即叫即蒸，所以就要等一陣先有得食！鯇魚蒸得啱啱好👍🏻啲肉好滑

🍀客家鹹雞套餐
鹹雞嘅份量都啱啱好，雞都多肉唔算多骨👍🏻雞肉仲可以保持到幾嫩，唔會話好鞋嘅嗰種感覺！上面仲配有姜蓉。整體感覺都唔錯
