To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁圍方新開張去湊湊熱鬧，呢度每層都有好野食。先去呢間千両。距離大圍站有幾近唔需要多講，位於商場中心位置，人流極多。繁忙時段有機會等半小時以上。但餐廳佈局精美，座位舒適。雖然位置有限，但能食物質素同埋位處地段值得一讚。今次叫咗一個午餐定食，$108有8件壽司已經相當足夠，加埋天婦羅烏冬同少量前菜，簡直就係小型晚餐👍🏻。呢個份量絕對對得住價錢，而且烏冬彈牙爽口，天婦羅亦炸得恰到好處。壽司款款精美，絕對可以打卡。如果唔係位處商業地段，同朋友我坐耐少少都願意。整體觀感7.5/10。
