To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天到ikea購物及午餐，好豐富。有湯，有沙律，招牌肉丸，西冷牛扒又有美味果汁，每人也只是八十多元，抵食。龍蝦濃湯($13) 濃厚，幾好味。蜜糖煙燻三文魚沙律($39)沙律菜很新鮮，而且份量很多，蜜糖煙燻三文魚配上沙律菜很清新。瑞典肉丸伴以薯蓉($22) 有10粒，必吃之選。穀飼西冷牛扒($73) 質素也不錯，即叫即煮，冇需講幾成熟，外面熟了，內裡帶點紅，入口軟糯，有口感。番石榴加梨果汁($13) 真材實料。
