To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情放寬出街食個晚飯，星期五夜市都好多人排隊堂食（7:00）時段，估唔到逆市擴充隔離多一間舖，變相唔洗點等就有位入座。侍應姐姐送菜好有禮貌夠快好多客都升級前菜人多會有少少亂單，但無漏單。新出主食+$32就可任食前菜。前菜食到2款就回本，當然加錢升級！叫左：招牌台式牛肉面，五月星拌面，2個珍珠奶茶，2個升級前菜，總數$256（2人）絕對抵食！牛肉面肉質夠林入味，面質彈牙，好正！五月星拌面不是用湯汁，有少少辣都唔錯！係拌餸較少。珍珠奶茶珍珠夠林不會太甜。必食前菜：䒬蓉白肉好正好入味，手拍青瓜夠脆又開胃，甜不辣炸得好熱又夠脆，黃金皮蛋市面難買一定要試，麻辣鴨血好夠麻香味
