Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六的下午, 我造訪了位於中環的一家印度餐廳,享受他們的自助午餐。餐廳位於荷里活道, 有自己專屬的升降機。。只需$158,就可以品嚐各式各樣的印度佳餚,還能享有一杯標準飲品。再加$128, 就可以有1.5小時既free flow sparkling wine和啤酒, 我就係俾呢個價錢所吸引。。一踏進餐廳,我立刻被濃濃的印度風情所吸引。店內裝潢富有特色,擺設華麗典雅,讓人彷彿置身於異國他鄉。當我走進自助餐區時,各種色彩繽紛的佳餚擺放得井然有序,煞是好看。。沙律吧上有各式沙律, 前菜, 非常整潔美觀。而熱菜區呢面, 我被兩道主菜所吸引 - butter chicken和palak paneer。。butter chicken的醬汁濃郁,香氣四溢,一口下去,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,與醬汁完美融合。palak paneer則是一道經典的印度咖喱菜式, 將咖喱和乾酪混合, 口感細緻綿滑, 味道鹹香可口。。除此之外, 我還嘗試了keema mutter和mango dal。keema mutter是由肉末和青豆製成的咖喱, 帶有濃郁的香料味。mango dal則是一道由芒果和扁豆製成的咖喱, 酸甜適中,
