To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Itamomo餐廳，係我同事極力推薦嘅地方，佢話好食又抵食。原來呢間餐廳有好多分店，剛好有一間喺我屋企附近，所以今日收工後我就去試吓。收工嘅時候正值下午茶時間，我當然選擇咗茶餐來試！首先，講吓餐廳環境，地方寬敞，裝修雅致，坐得好舒服。員工友善，一坐低就即刻送上一杯水同埋餐牌，服務一流。茶餐方面，我揀咗龍蝦湯通粉、漢堡扒溫泉蛋，仲有蒜蓉多士，飲品就係凍檸檬茶。通粉煮得剛好，唔會太腍，湯底味道香濃，加咗少少胡椒粉，微辣好味👍。不過，溫泉蛋整得有啲過熟，有少少失色。蒜蓉多士烤得香脆，用咗厚切嘅方包，口感更佳。凍檸檬茶用咗檸檬汁代替檸檬片，我個人比較鍾意有檸檬片嘅。總括來講，食物同用餐體驗都令我好滿意，而且價錢只係40元，真係物超所值，經過今次嘅用餐體驗，我相信呢間餐廳已經成為我其中一間常去嘅飯堂。
