To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日即興約左個好朋友去飲茶,聽人講深木埗有間平民得黎又好食茶樓。我地2個心血來潮走去試一試,不過都吾容易搵路><可能我地又吾熟深水埗啦..搵左一陣,終於搵到啦^^不過都要等一陣..我地即刻叫左幾個點心,再吹住水等..1)蝦餃-皮薄餡靚大大粒蝦,真係好鬼正2)燒賣-杞子做點綴,感覺上都幾健康。香菇豬肉加蝦,仲有杞子少少既甜味。真係令人覺得另有一番風味^^3)蘿蔔糕-煎到金黃色,好靚^^香口又滿滿蘿蔔既香味,吾會成口粉..美中不足既只有辣醬,因為我想要花生醬同甜醬,哈哈!4)酥皮焗叉燒包-招牌真係要趁熱食,好好味!我自己忍吾住食2個我夠膽講,呢度既叉燒包係我呢一世人食過覺得最好食又最深印象既叉燒包
