To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前前文係.....早排去新潮(請睇另一食評)食咗個沙嗲牛肉麵，挑起條食沙嗲牛肉麵引，結果去咗三間餐廳食沙嗲牛肉麵.三間餐廳分別係新華源，佳餚坊同新樂.佳餚坊嘅沙嗲牛肉麵，係三間餐廳最正！先唔講味道，下午茶餐麵再加兩個餸再加埋凍飲都係37蚊！就算唔好食都抵啦！需然.... 明知道係D味精雞湯，都飲咗幾啖，重點係食完個麵，D湯重係好熱有煙出.牛肉嫩滑，無變酸無肉鬆粉味，滿意.重有兩點印象深刻，第一係冷氣夠，第二係感覺好乾淨，可能受白色雲石枱面影響吧！試咗三間餐廳，結論牛肉麵佳餚坊最好，奄列係新華源最正.

佳餚坊嘅沙嗲牛肉麵，係三間餐廳最正！

先唔講味道，下午茶餐麵再加兩個餸再加埋凍飲都係37蚊！就算唔好食都抵啦！

需然.... 明知道係D味精雞湯，都飲咗幾啖，重點係食完個麵，D湯重係好熱有煙出.

牛肉嫩滑，無變酸無肉鬆粉味，滿意.

重有兩點印象深刻，第一係冷氣夠，第二係感覺好乾淨，可能受白色雲石枱面影響吧！

試咗三間餐廳，結論牛肉麵佳餚坊最好，奄列係新華源最正.
