To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一日,行到去新蒲崗覺得好肚餓。咁啱見到間台灣野好似唔貴就走入去試吓。入到去裝潢簡潔明亮,職員待人有禮。.我叫左一個百芳滷雞扒便當,一個香酥豬扒肉操乾拌麵同埋一個皮蛋豆腐外加兩杯台式飲品:黑糖紅豆鮮奶 & 台灣古早味紅茶拿鐵。.先講講個雞排便當,配菜種類豐富味道都唔錯。不過雞排肉質有少少乾身。反而乾拌麵既豬排有驚喜,外皮炸得酥脆之餘亦都入味,加分。.飲品方面,黑糖紅豆鮮奶,如果本身好鍾意飲甜野就啱晒,整體來講,野飲同野食味道唔差而價錢唔算貴,性價比都算高。
