To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「蘇媽」一直都係我嘅飯堂，兩層樓設計，綠色格仔瓦磚加上懷舊花紋地板，有濃厚的馬來西亞風情。餐廳座位好多，舒適好坐。午市套餐會跟嘢飲，好抵食。「辣死你嗎」配仁噹牛肉，大大舊牛肉份量都幾滿足，搭配香濃椰漿飯和特製參巴醬，口感層次分明，辣味適中，椰漿飯仲系綠色，賣相非常吸引，好適合打卡。蜜糖燒雞翼，炭火燒得好香口惹味，雞皮薄脆，雞肉保持嫩滑，蜜糖嘅甜味好襯托雞肉嘅鮮香，味道有驚喜。冬瓜龍眼茶清新解膩，凍拉茶風味獨到都非常推薦！
