To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

城中鴨子是我比較喜歡的一家北京烤鴨店。味道都很有水準👍👍地方空間大，服務態度非常好。剛好有匯豐卡就可以點這個4人餐！超級划算！這麼多菜有8樣菜，四喜拼盤，蜜糖豆炒蝦球，米莧蟹肉鮮魚羹，烤北京填鴨（半隻），翡翠蔥燒海參，油浸荀殼魚，灌湯小籠包，芒果布甸蛋糕。非常吸引北京烤鴨就不用說了，一點也不肥，皮很脆，肉也不柴。最另外驚艷的是油浸荀殼魚，很新鮮，可以做到皮脆外嫩多汁，真的不簡單！這麼多到菜，真的很划算！
