平時係公司附近d細舖食壽司,一set 12件通常都係成盤一次過上哂,自己揀食既次序而呢間既自選 12 貫壽司定食 ($288+10%) 就會由師傅逐件逐件,跟據口感同味道濃淡既先後次序比你(記得要預約bar枱先),師傅會同你講每一件係咩魚,洗唔洗點豉油,又會同你傾下計咁我自己就好中意呢種有得自己揀食咩魚,同時有omakase既服務,而價錢都係同公司附近d細舖差唔多,所以每個月都會尼食一次!佢個list有長駐壽司既選擇,亦有4-5款當日廚師精選eg. 黑陸魚,池魚,梭子魚而我每次都會叫 拖羅,燒拖羅,燒三文魚,油甘魚,帆立貝,穴子,海膽,蟹膏,蔥粒吞拿魚如果佢再出一個set係 15 貫壽司定食,我都一定揀到15件另外佢個set仲包左沙律,茶碗蒸,面豉湯,手捲,冷熱烏冬/麥面,甜品,飲品所以係一定夠飽既拖羅燒三文魚燒穴子(入口即融!)燒帶子海膽好睇師傅 有時會比好大件,有時比較細件燒拖羅 都睇師傅 食過有一次太多蔥蓋過左拖羅陣味
