To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

姐姐一家入屯門探我，我作為地膽，緊要介绍好嘢食。哩間寶島我經常食，味道質素可靠，實冇問題。今午突然即興游車河野餐，又已經午餐時間，决定買幾盒飯盒外賣去野餐。姐夫喜歡食苦瓜，叫左苦瓜蝦仁炒旦。蝦仁竟然有中蝦大小，爽口弹牙。苦瓜份量反而太少，唔係好滿足到苦瓜控。姨甥女食豬扒肉燥飯，豬扒好多塊，份量不少，大件夹抵食。两個小朋友一盒都够。我和姐姐分享蚵仔炒旦飯。蚵仔幾新鮮，鮮甜唔腥。連餐飲都係$40左右，一般茶記價錢，但非一般茶記頹菜式。
