To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日親戚飯局,因為有老人家關係,所以選擇較近的天盛商場酒樓,訂位6:30pm來到算多人,不過枱與枱之間都較擠迫,坐下經理就好好禮貌介紹有什麼套餐,散點的餐牌選擇很少,我們10人都不想麻煩所以點套餐,星期三關係有特價$1980 10款菜式,就呢款不到10分鐘經理送上燒鵝一碟,幾大碟喎燒鵝皮都烤的幾脆,汁剛剛好,唔老之後d餸菜每隔5分鐘就上,我們食唔切可能佢見我地肚餓,哈哈張枱真係細左少少,每碟都好足料好大碟,正我最喜歡這款西蘭花珊瑚蚝炒蝦球,蝦球都好大隻,唔係冰鮮個種,點埋蝦膏一起吃正帶子和鮑魚就不過不失,都係足料 好大碟 呢個套餐係跟大龍蝦焗芝士伊麵的,不過經理姐姐話臨時賣哂轉大蝦給我們,唯有將就下,來到就有點失望,變了中蝦 蝦味不足,不過意外地芝士伊麵做得幾好,唔漏! 味道剛好。小魔女都幾鐘意食酒樓的蒸魚,因為特別香滑,但今次真係over cook 條魚老哂... 我地都食剩😭上湯時菜就較淡味,適合老人家這個鮑魚仔褔建炒飯值得讚足料,每啖飯都掛汁最後甜點有凍桂花糕冰凍涼涼的,唔太甜,食左咁多野用呢款做飯後甜品超Good..總括一家人叫這個套餐真的超值樣樣餸都好大碟 另外仲有限定優惠
