To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺銅鑼灣金百利行完街，肚餓想食下午茶，然後就搵咗間日本嘢食。我四點幾去嘅時侯都好旺，我估啲嘢食應該都唔錯，先咁多人黎。我叫咗個野菜牛肉壽喜燒鍋同埋凍豆腐，再配過熱柑橘檸檬蜜，一個人好滿足。個壽喜燒鍋個湯底都幾好飲，同埋佢係有個火熱住個鍋，所以食極d野都好熱非常好！非常貼心。個湯底甜甜地又有啲酒味，同埋佢有隻溫泉蛋打咗落去，撈埋一齊食好正。佢啲配料都好多，有黃芽白、牛肉、秋葵、粉絲，同埋啲餸都好索個湯好好食～嗰三款凍食豆腐各有特色，海膽嗰個好有鮮味，泡菜嗰個充滿韓式味道，麻醬配蝦同豆腐都好夾～佢嘅豆腐好新鮮同埋好挺身，唔會話一夾碎晒，好有質感，一次滿足左三種味道！配埋杯熱檸蜜完結一個美滿的下午。
