To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐唔想食得太頹，但系又驚太貴? 川粵時空時尚小廚系你既首選，系呢度食野真係食到好爽，越食越好食，而且質素好高所以大家都可以嚟試下。Lunch set @金湯酸菜魚~~~~ 😍古唔到午餐都可以做到甘高質，價錢非常親民非常大兜。首先系誠意之作，完全沒有因為系午餐而偷工減料，好足料。所以湯底充滿各種配料既香味，系可以接受的辣味，好開胃的選擇。魚肉非常鮮嫩！魚肉切成薄片，唔算辣，唔食辣嘅人都食得到，其他配料既份量都幾多，整得好香，有芽菜，豆干，酸菜，辣椒等等🌶。非常香口，配啤酒一流！間野都算交通方便，而且地方夠大夠闊落，下次可以同朋友仔再encore！
