To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於尖沙咀K11 Musea的餐廳給人一種輕鬆愜意的氛圍。首推是「香炒咖哩鮮魷魚」,魷魚肉質鮮嫩彈牙,配上濃郁的咖哩醬汁,讓人回味無窮。咖哩的香氣十分誘人,不是過於濃郁,恰好可以增添食物的風味。另一道特色菜是「文華海南雞髀飯」,雞髀肉質柔軟,皮脆肉嫩,沾上特製的海南雞飯醬汁,別有風味。飯的份量適中,配合雞髀肉,可以說是一道既飽腹又美味的主菜。最後是「醬油生菜」,新鮮的生菜配上淡淡的醬油醬汁,清新爽口,是很好的開胃菜。整體來說,Chatterbox Cafe提供了一系列美味可口又豐富多樣的菜品,在尖沙咀這個美食聚集地脫穎而出,值得一試。環境雖然不算奢華,但也頗有情調,適合商務聚會或閒逛購物後的休憩之選。期待未來Chatterbox Cafe能推出更多創新的菜品,讓食客有更多驚喜。
