To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣一向是一個美食小店之地, 好食抵食嘅餐廳不計其數, 今日行開土瓜灣見到有一間新開啲茶記, 入去一試, 可作飯堂。例水 - 無乜味, 但唔係翻煲溝水無味, 係無落到師傅同唔夠料煲個湯頭, 一般良心小店都係咁做嘅啦, 唔想加咁多味精廢事食壞人就將個例湯煲到好浠唔夠味, 好唔好就見人見致, 但對食客嚟講係健康嘅。酸菜魚片飯 - 依個不得了, 係個湯頭好飲, 好甜, 佢唔係偏辣嘅酸菜魚, 係偏酸嘅, 除咗個湯頭好甜之外飲完佢完全無涸喉, 明顯係真材實料煲出嚟, 同酸菜都係靚貨, 好食, 魚片就滑得嚟又脆口, 但略縑多骨, 但河魚係咁, 無計, 跟餐有凍飲同白飯, 個白飯分量好多下, 好諗最少有成兩碗分量, 抵食。鐵板茄子牛仔骨 - 一上枱會發覺佢個鐵板做得比好多坊間嘅港式排房做得更好, 鐵板夠熱, 係好熱, 啲汁維持咗好持都係 "炸炸"聲嘅, 牛仔骨做得嫩滑香口, 茄子更加係一絶, 淋身吸咗啲牛肉汁更為滋味, 好吃。大大杯餐飲 - 跟餐杯凍飲係大大杯嘅。埋單146, 但我哋係order一個小菜, 一個午餐, 食物質數有保證, 件頭大, 係抵食好食嘅, 值得再嚟。
